Not too much needs to be said about this parcel. It has 200 feet of some the best Lake Superior frontage you will ever find. Don't let the ice formations fool you, it is nothing but prime sandy frontage underneath. I timed the parcel at 8 minutes from Marquette, just northwest up County Road 550 (or Big Bay Road). Electric and phone at the property and a survey is on file. This is one of the best locations to enjoy Lake Superior as it has eastern exposure and is sheltered from the harsh northwestern winds in the winter (as you can see from the pictures). The property has a driveway installed and a pathway to the lake. However, It is your choice on exactly how many trees you would like to clear for a homesite since the property has been kept relatively untouched. The existing tree cover consists of mature pines and hardwoods. I consider this parcel to have the best of everything the Upper Peninsula has to offer. Very close to Marquette yet you would never know it at the property. Year round access in an area of nice homes and the view of Granite Island is superb. Very close to the best outdoor activities in the area including: Sugarloaf, Little and Big Garlic Rivers, Granot Loma, Little Presque Isle, snowmobile trails. cross county ski trails, and the list goes on and on. They do not get any better than this one, and owner financing is available!
