Not too much needs to be said about this parcel. It has 200 feet of some the best Lake Superior frontage you will ever find. Don't let the ice formations fool you, it is nothing but prime sandy frontage underneath. I timed the parcel at 8 minutes from Marquette, just northwest up County Road 550 (or Big Bay Road). Electric and phone at the property and a survey is on file. This is one of the best locations to enjoy Lake Superior as it has eastern exposure and is sheltered from the harsh northwestern winds in the winter (as you can see from the pictures).
