John, here is a few additional pictures and videos of the parcel in Gwinn that we discussed. Underground electric and phone are at the parcel. It is located on a county maintained, year round road. The property has nice topography, is quite scenic, and nicely wooded. It is located close to the snowmobile (or ATV) trails if that interests you. The private airstrip I mentioned earlier is located within one mile of the property, just to the south. Grocery, banks, churches, restaurants, bars, etc are very close by to the west. The KI Sawyer airport is also very close (5 minutes north) which can handle any plane built - it used to house the B-52s when it was active. Concrete surface, hangars, tie downs, fuel, etc. Soils at the parcel consist of sand making for easy excavation, well drilling, and septic install if necessary. Typical wells in the area are 90 to 160-feet deep with good water. There are too many lakes within 5 miles to name, rivers and streams also, and state land is everywhere to the south allowing for hundreds of thousands of acres to hunt. We picked our blueberries from that parcel this summer, they are all over in that area.
