The property is in a very quiet location, yet just minutes from everything. The property is well wooded with a great mix of pines and hardwoods and the trees are mature. All of the adjoining properties are undeveloped, so your only direct neighbors would be the woods. There are homes close by and all were very nice and well kept. The trails (2) are right there. One thing you may really like, is that the local area referred to as "the crossroads" is less than half a mile away. The crossroads is a hub to the area just south of Marquette and very popular with snowmobilers in the winter and ATVers in the summer.
