Gary, this is the listing you asked about earlier this week. I didn't make a formal appointment to see the property, so I did not go inside the camp, or extensively walk the property. The parcel is located just east of a creek and just south of the river. The parcel is nicely wooded with lots of pine. I was not expecting so many mature trees. To the north of the camp, there were some younger pines. The additional home and 1.84-acres located adjacent to this parcel was very nice. It is not a mobile, but rather a newer modular home and newer pole building. I do not know the asking price but can easily inquire if you'd like. Electric is installed and to the camp. There is also a nice clearing that surrounds the camp. If you were to build it may be possible to live in the camp while you worked on the main home, at least in summer months. There were some very nice homes nearby, some of which were log or cedar-sided. A couple were not the nicest homes, but all were set back form CR 565. Anyway, hope this helps you.
